Montreal Police: Video Of Suspected Hitmen
In Montreal, QC Canada police have released video from two surveillance cameras which captured two suspects whom investigators believe may be responsible for last month's gangland-style shooting which left two dead and two others injured at a clothing boutique in the historic waterfront business district as reported by Catherine Solyom for The Montreal Gazette:
The intended target of the shooting - Ducarme Joseph, who escaped out the back door of his Flawnego store when shooting erupted - is alleged to be a leader of a powerful street gang in Montreal. And police have not discounted the possibility that the shooting was in retaliation for the killing in December of Nick Rizzuto Jr., the son of alleged Montreal Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto.
