'I want more junk in the trunk': Mob Wives star Renee Graziano gets a 'bottom lift' in $30,000 plastic surgery overhaul

It seems that Mob Wives star Renee Graziano has taken inspiration from another famous reality TV alumni.
The raven-haired Mafioso, who starred in the first season of the VH1 series, has undergone a bottom lift because 'she's always wanted junk in her trunk'.
The booty transformation was part of a complete plastic surgery overhaul worth $30,0000, and Graziano went under the knife yesterday, according to TMZ.

Perhaps the feisty mother-of-one was inspired by fellow reality star Kim Kardashian, whose famous curvy behind has helped her make a name for herself.
But while Kim has strongly denied having any surgery to her posterior, insisting her derrière is all her own, Graziano described in detail what she was getting done.
Before her five hour surgery, she told TMZ that her operation was to include a bottom lift and a tummy tuck.

She also explained that she was getting the procedures because she had 'gained weight in the first season of her hit show', but insisted that she was not self-conscious.
Graziano also assured that the money for the surgeries came out of her own pocket, and that producers of the show did not pay for the procedures.
And she told the website that 'she can't wait to get naked' after she has fully healed - which should take around 10 days.
Graziano is the daughter of Anthony 'The Little Guy' Graziano, boss of the infamous Bonanno crime family.

He is allegedly a high-ranking member of La Cosa Nostra and is currently serving time in a North Carolina jail for racketeering.
She became a 'mob loyalist', marrying and divorcing Hector Pagan Jr, who was arrested last year in a Mafia sweep.
They have a 16-year-old son, AJ, who she says she wants to keep clear of the mob.
Her younger sister Jenn created the series, and Renee describes her sister as 'the most warm-hearted person you'll ever meet.'
Graziano has her own card company, Jail Mail, which enlists letter writers to comfort inmates on the inside.
She said: 'Call me a Mafia princess, call me anything you want.'

'Family is everything, without your family you're alone. You're right if you're loyal, you're wrong if you're not loyal. Loyalty is everything.'
Renee, and the other three Mafia related women in the series have since been described as 'rats and stoolies' since discussing private family business on TV.
Their revelations are  said to violate the Mafia code.
