Murder victim's brother works on Bulger script

Steven Davis, brother of murder victim Debbie Davis, is cooperating with a screenwriter to pen the story of his life.
The screenplay, now simply entitled "Boston," was written by Writer/Director Paul Hapenny, and it tells the story of Steven and Debbie Davis' interactions with accused South Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger and his partner Steven Flemmi.
Debbie Davis was Flemmi's girlfriend. She was allegedly murdered by Bulger in 1981, and her body was discovered along the banks of the Neponset River in Quincy.
Steven Davis told FOX 25's Bob Ward that "Boston" tells his whole life story: from his own troubles with the law, to his relationship with his sister, Debbie, to Bulger's arrest in Santa Monica, Calif., in 2011.
There is no deal yet for "Boston," but there is interest in Hollywood and New York.
Steven Davis said if "Boston" is picked up, he plans to share whatever money he makes with the families of other victims in the Bulger-Flemmi case.
James "Whitey" Bulger is set to go to trial in November. The murder of Debbie Davis is among the 19 murder charges Bulger is facing.
