Friends and family of Vito Rizzuto -- the reputed Monteal mob boss currently serving a 10-year sentence at a federal penitentiary in Colorado following his racketeering conviction involving the 1981 murder of three Bonanno crime family capos -- "have won their tax dispute over their ownership of a firm that secured municipal contracts to put recycling bins on city streets" as reported by Adrian Humphreys for the National Post.
