Gotti Jr flips out on Gambino rat in Court
Personal drama enfolded today between Junior Gotti and John Alite when during the lunch break the mob scion erupted at his former pal who has been testifying against him. Bruce Golding for the New York Post writes:
"You're a dog! You’re a dog! Did I kill little girls, you fag? You're a punk. You're a dog all your life — you always were. Do I strangle little girls in motels?" Gotti blurted out as mob turncoat John Alite was led out of a federal courtroom in Manhattan after testifying against Junior. * * * Marshals saw Gotti mouth "I'll kill you," to Alite as he was being led out, according to prosecutors. That led Alite to ask, "You got something you want to say to me?" which prompted Gotti's outburst. The judge later ruled that he did not see Gotti mouth the threat. Then as US Marshals led Alite out, Gotti – who had been glowering at the mob rat throughout his testimony — exploded.

Gotti's reference to a motel murder came after Alite testified that one of the second-generation gangster's uncles had killed a young woman and left her body in a Queens motel. Defense attorney Charles Carnesi suggested Alite was responsible for the murder in the early 1990s. "You were involved with a woman who was strangled in a motel?" Carnesi asked during cross-examination. "Ridiculous," said Alite, laughing. "His uncle strangled someone and killed her. I wasn't there."
The jury was not present in the court room to witness the drama.
