Trial Update: Anonymous Jury Granted in Vincent Basciano Trial

Massino outside the Toyland Social Club in 1977.Joseph MassinoA Brooklyn federal judge is allowing an anonymous jury in the death penalty trial of Vincent Basciano. Judge Nicholas Garaufis has ruled for the government on that issue. Jury selection is set to start next month.  Former boss Joseph Massino is expected to testify in the trial.
