Rat! Facing Deportation Colombo Soldier Sebastiano (Sebby) Saracino Secretly Flips In Court, Colombo Crime Family Facing Extinction?

It looks like convicted Colombo soldier Sebastiano (Sebby) Saracino won't have to move back to Italy after all.
One day after the mobster pleaded guilty to lying on his immigration application about his life of crime, Saracino was back into Brooklyn Federal Court on Thursday as a "John Doe" for a secret hearing.
Federal Judge Brian Cogan sealed the courtroom to avoid exposing the "defendant and his family to danger," he said.
Sources confirmed Saracino, who was born in Italy, has been cooperating with the feds for some time, setting the stage for a future showdown in court with his younger brother, Dino, who is charged with three murders.
One of the murders was the 1997 rubout of off-duty NYPD cop Ralph Dols. The Saracino brothers are also implicated in the killing of associate Richard Greaves, a suspected rat.
Sebastiano Saracino, 43, transported the corpse in his Jeep Wrangler from Brooklyn to a Long Island industrial park where it was buried, according to court papers. Dino's defense lawyer Joseph Corozzo declined to comment.
